The electric man lift is best suited for indoor applications as they are made smaller, more able to fit in tight spaces and fit through standard doorways. These models do not contribute to air pollution and are able to maneuver around barriers and blockages, while still reaching overhead work places.

The electric lifts are available in numerous sizes. They are able to be used in places with high ceilings or in small warehouses. The electric drives utilize rechargeable batteries that can be recharged after the shift ends.
Engine-Powered Lifts
The engine-powered models of articulating lifts are available for all kinds of terrain. Some kinds are fitted with legs that hoist the lift's body off its wheels in order to create an extremely stable platform. There are other models that are specifically designed for uneven and rough terrain. The majority of the lifts are able to handle 500lbs. Certain models can even take on 600 lb. loads. In these heavy-duty instances, the machine can articulate 69 feet out in any direction or more than 140 feet high.
